So, your bow will likely still be just as useful in the majority of the game for a long while yet.

And, outside Iron Banner, Crucible and Gambit do not take power into account. It is unlikely that base level Vanguard strikes, nightmare hunts, nightfall strikes, or any open world activities will require more than 1060 power for some time.
